"Just wanted to say thank you. When i started this fitness thingy. I thought it would not do much because of genetics and the fact that i seem to have high cortisol levels. I also thought consistency would be a problem because I know me.
That was why I decided to get a PT but i felt it won’t do much because I would always defile, being the rebellious person i am.
But I didn’t know that i was signing up for a disciplinarian. For all the time you punished me for rebelling, thank you.
I actually feel more confident in the gym now than I thought i would be. I only wish the sessions could continue."
